As the Chief Operating Officer of the World Agriculture Forum (WAF), I am passionate about driving sustainable agriculture forward. At WAF, we see transforming global agricultural systems as not just a necessity but a shared responsibility. My focus is on aligning our initiatives and operations to make a real difference—whether that’s building partnerships with governments, private sector, multilateral development banks and UN agencies, or research institutes to shape a future where agriculture supports both food security, rural livelihoods and environmental stewardship. Together, we are tackling some of the biggest challenges in the sector, from combating climate change to ensuring equitable access to resources, knowledge and technology, all along the value chain. And it will take all of us, from across sectors and countries, to be able to transform agriculture.
