Agricultural challenges differ across regions, and the transformation from subsistence-based farming to dynamic technology-enabled and science-based agriculture has not been uniform. In much of the developed world, our focus now is on addressing problems of overuse, soil degradation, and food waste, while in less developed regions, we will bring to the fore interventions that tackle efficiency, increasing yields, and adapting to climate change to reduce hunger and malnutrition. This tailored approach ensures that solutions are responsive to local needs and conditions, promoting equity and progress on a global level.
